Product Manager Acquisition

 

 

We are looking for one of our clients, biggest company from betting and gambling for Romania, a Product Manager Acquisition.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

Customer Centric

·       Obsess about our prospective customers and their needs to define and shape our Acquisition products and journeys

·       Leads on customer research, discovery and defining customer value for our products

·       Utilised customer feedback from multiple touchpoints across the organisation to build a picture of customer problems, opportunities and customer behaviour

 

Data Driven

·       Make data driven decisions utilising customer research, behavioural, product and commercial data

·       Work with BI to develop the reporting capabilities necessary to understand and measure customer behaviour

·       Define what success looks like for our acquisition journeys and use data to measure success for our products

 

 

Product Lifecycle Management

·       Responsible for defining the customer outcomes and progressing products from ideation through to in-life product management

·       Create market leading customer journeys and acquisition products that enable our marketing teams to attract customers at scale and ensure customers have an exciting first bet journey

·       Works with designers, engineering and stakeholders to define solutions to customer problems

·       Responsible for defining the Outcomes and Key Results

·       Drives discovery to understand what customer problems to solve; identify customer opportunities

·       Prioritises initiatives based on Customer Value, Business Viability and Technology feasibility

·       Works with Engineering team to deliver reliable, scalable solutions to customer problems

·       Coordinates product launch plans with marketing, commercial teams and support teams

·       Responsible for the measurement and success of the product in-life and iterating on the product to achieve success metrics

 

Market Awareness

·       Develop a deep knowledge of the Superbet product range

·       Awareness of our key competitors and ongoing monitoring of competitor offering

·       Awareness of Regulatory compliance, GDPR requirements and legal positioning of the Sports Betting and Gaming industry

·       Understanding of Technology and awareness of new trends

Knowledge/Expertise/Qualifications:

 

  • 3+ years experience as a Product Manager in Marketing/Acquisition or similar

  • Knowledge in acquisition channels, products.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, results driven environment

  • Self-motivated, organised and able to drive the Product Strategy 

  • Strong understanding of technology and agile development methodologies

  • Excellent English language skills
